<p>You should be able to initiate messages in both places. The mobile app and web browser version of the site both access the same data. Can you submit a ticket with the exact details of your issue. I am having no problems initiating messages on the site.</p>
the app and the website are like two different circles that overlap a bit and have some common ground but much is not available on both.... if you arent using both the App and the Website you are probably missing out on some contacts/content.....
This site has had reliability issues for as long as most of us have been using it.
Am I the only one who is unable to initiate messages on the SLS website? I can only send messages from the app and then I can continue the conversation on the website. Also, I can't seem to open and view pictures on the website. Does anyone else have these issues?
