Outer Banks

Sneaking and hiding just to go nude seems a hassle but i guess as a couple who enjoy it and fucking outside on a beach would be very sweet indeed..Esp. if you are new to it...I enjoy a legal crowded nude beaches..

There is not a designated nude beach BUT there is a LOT of isolated beach. If you have 4 wheel drive you can drive out into the national seashore sections. Park and keep an eye out so you cover up if anyone comes by. Hatteras Island works and so does Ocracoke Island because the beach is all NAtional seashore and there are long stretches where the entire island is natural with no development. There are beach accesses but they are pretty spread out.. We have rented 4 wheel drive vehicles to go out into the National Seashore and were pretty much by ourselves for most of the time with occasional drive bys. Saw nary a park ranger. They do have restrictions you have to follow, so read up on it.Good luck!

Yes it's illegal.

That said, there are some isolated areas between Nags Head and Rodanthe where you might get away with it. Be aware, however, that almost all of the Outer Banks are national seashore and thus federal property, and if you are busted, it'll be by park police and under federal law.

Looking to take the wife to the Outer Banks this spring and would like to find a good place in Dare County to do some nude sunbathing-I'm aware it is illegal ??, nevertheless we'd like to find an area where there's no hassles and an opportunity that a random beach goer may happen by for a visit ??
