Duvall was one of the few actors who was NEVER guilty of turning in a bad performance, even in a crappy film done for a paycheck. Hackman was another, and I'm having a tough time coming up with another example. Caine came close, but he had a short run of bad product in the late 70s-early 80s where his heart clearly wasn't in it.

I saw Chuck Negron perform twice while on the Happy Together tour. He still sounded great!
I enjoyed seeing TDN in concert in their day.
Danny Hutton is the only original member of Three Dog Night that is alive. He is touring under the bands name, but only sang lead on a few of their hits.
That sucks. :-(

Yes Bridge, the show was classic.
Some ppl don't see the similarities of that and The Martin Lawrence Show and The Jaimie Foxx Show.
The whole Aunt Esther and Fred G. Sandford banter is just like Pam and Martin. Fred had his dummy crew, Martin had his dummy crew.
Both characters thought they were smarter than they actually were. Both had girlfriends that were proper, and smarter than them as well. And always getting everybody around them into jams.
Never did figure out though, how did they make enough money for Lamont to not need a full-time job?
That show is a classic. Rip dummy ! He was so good in it too.
@8- Loved that show! Was watching reruns a month or so ago.

I am just seeing that Catherine O'Hara has died. Wow... Most notable is her role in Beetlejuice, but wasn't it her in holiday themed commercials with Kevin Hart for Verizon? Was Catherine O'Hara laying on train tracks and in a blender in two different Verizon holiday themed commercials?
