When my wife had her period, I used what I was taught in driving school. Red means stop. I can't speak for all, but a majority of people we know stopped play then.
Thanks for the suggestion but over 20 years we've tried it all. For medical reasons nothing worked well. Finally came down to a vasectomy last year.

My wife gets really heavy periods with bad cramping...so I don't see us ever using these. Also not sure what the general consensus is on playing during menstruation in the LS. Do most just take those few days off? If not, has anyone had experience with the menstrual discs (i.e. Ziggy, Nixit, etc.)? The reviews/vids I've seen shows that some are uncomfortable, don't stay put, and leak while others do well. Please share your experience if you've used them. Thanks!
