Keyboard blocking

same on support tickets to send reply..

Agree same as wild.. been that way entire time on my laptop too.

Instead of engaging in the Open Forum, could we get this moved to the appropriate section of the forums?

Wayne I only use my Lap top to access this site and I have the same issue when I send a message to someone for the very 1st time. I can not see all I am typing in the message till I hit send and go back and view what I sent. No Im not submitting any ticket

<p>I have tested on a Galaxy S7 and 8. I do not have a 9. Tested on an iPad and iphone XS and 12 as well. The page should move up above the virtual keyboard so that you can see what you are typing. I am not sure why this is happening on the Galaxy 9. Can one of you take a screenshot and submit a ticket and attach the screenshot so I can see what this looks like? Use the "Bugs / Technical Issue" when you create the ticket.</p>

Same Galaxy for me and the same thing happens.

<p>What device are you using? When your virtual keyboard opens, it should "push" the message box up above it so you can see what you type. I have tested this on an iPad and iPhone and it is working properly. </p>

Ugh! It's so annoying! I can see everything of I use the SLS app, but then can get to the forums. Sometimes I have the app and the web page open if there's a lot of back and forth, but that style doesn't help if I'm typing in the forums. If I'm on the computer (I rarely access SLS there) it's fine, but this is like games on my phone: I do it when I have a small amount of time, and the computer is mainly for work.
I wish there was a fix because it seems like this didn't use to happen.

When I “ try” to send a message. The print bar is at the bottom of the page about 1/8 “ tall. When I bring the keyboard up it blocks the print bar. Not able to see what I am typing.and nothing on the page will scroll up, down or sideways. Is this changed in the settings. I have ask customer service and as true to form, nothing.
