HAPPY THOUGHTS - 2018

Alpharetta, GA, Us

HT #2: Our rescue from June has made himself at home. He does not have a bark, it sounds more like an ah-ooga car horn but he is very passionate about it when he chooses to express himself. Which he did about 5:30 a.m. this morning...very loudly. When Tramp gets up, he thinks it's time to play and he thinks everyone else, including myself and Princess Padme, who is getting up in age (along with me), should rise and shine. When he sounded the alarm this morning, the Princess was not ready to arise, proceeded to read him the riot act. Pretty sure there were some curse words in there. All I know is that Lincoln is about twice her size but he decided it was best to yield. Good morning it was! It sure makes me smile when I think of the timid, battered little puppy who came to live with us back in the summer. Love my rescues!

Sure cuts into "our" play time though...lol

Scamp once I get the actual files I will load some to share, this was just the link to the ones I get to choose from, although Trooper wants me to buy them all.

Hello! Sharing is caring!

well Mayhem since where I work had a 25% increase in sales this year over last, not everyone feels that way. I'm more of a small business Saturday shopper where I can be supporting people in my community.

I will say Trooper bought me something I wanted for Christmas on Thursday night on line and it should be here in a day or two at a really good price for Black Friday, however even though there is a store in our area I wouldn't have gone to try to get one of the six they actually had in store at the crack of dawn on Black Friday.

anyway.

HT got my link to my pics I had taken in NOLA, and there are several I really love.

There really isn't much reason to go out on Black Friday anymore. Most things can be had at the same price online and shipped to your door for free.

HT: since last Wednesday, I only left the house twice - yesterday to go pick up Five Guys and this morning to ship something from the UPS store. I never once dealt with the idiocy of Black Friday, and haven't in years.

HT- survived another black friday weekend of retail hell.

My HT is that I am so thankful my husband and his brother were able to stop before running into a large tree that had fallen across the road. Unfortunately the car coming from the direction did not. They rendered aid until first response arrived.

HT- wore the jacket Rabbit convinced me to buy while I was in NOLA to work yesterday. I actually have shown great restraint not to wear it every day. Every where.

HT2 off until Black Friday!

VA-that is hilarious! I turned on a redneck accent once to a Dodge dealership, that wanted us to trade in our truck, to explain how we did not see the pine tree and suffered a little damage that night.

That story is completely true, KJ. I have turned scambaiting into a bit of a hobby, although some youtubers are much better at it than me. I'm getting better though.

It's always fun to insult the Indian scammers in Hindi. Sometimes they pretend they don't understand, but it's not hard to tell that they do.

HT on Kibbs political ads

HT still never sure which of VA's stories to believe. Doesn't really matter because many, like this one, make me laugh and I needed that this eve (huge hair cut/color fuck up)

I just had a Medicare scammer call me to tell me about how I could get a Medicare covered back brace.. press 1 now to speak to an operator..

So I did, and put on my best old man voice... wasted their time for about 10 minutes with stupid chit chat about my grandkids. Every time they wanted to talk business I'd move on to telling them about some other kid's clarinet recital... and I missed young Bobby Jr's breakdancing routine because I had to go to the bathroom.. can you believe kids these days? Have you ever heard of breakdancing? It's amazing how long they'll let an "old" man rattle on if they think they'll get you eventually.

Anyway.. finally he cut me off and told me that he was just giving me a courtesy call because he understands I am having chronic pain. I told him "Yeah my ass hurts".

He then shouted "Well stop getting FUCKED in it!!!!"

hahahahahhaha

KJ, I am happy to say that my politician of choice is running an almost entirely positive campaign~ and might even win doing it.

Lady, sorry I didn't check below when I posted, and I didn't see your HT. That is terrific and I am sure we are all happy for you.
