Not sure what alternate universe you're living in - pretty sure the app developers and the website developers are in a contest to annoy the users. ;-)

There's no problem using the regular site from a mobile, at least no problem that desktop/laptop users don't already deal with.

The big problem is putting up an app that's still being built, and is as buggy as a Bangkok crack ho's stained panties.

Pretty sure the app does not support Custom Galleries - so you'd have to allow access to your Default Private or Default Personal galleries for app users.

If you've organized and separated photos in any way and only allow access to certain galleries then app users would have to switch to the website to view them.

I do not use the app. I looked at it a long time ago.

We get messages as well from people on the app. Interestingly they do not show up on the 'Recently Viewed' section.

We were told by one couple that they can't see our locked photos after we unlocked them. I do not know if that is a bug/feature :)

I realize that SLS needs to cater to the multiple personas of users. There are some users that will only be mobile. We are not them. I think they need to work on getting parity between the two access methods if it is not. Why? Because I am not deviating what I do to support the mobile users.

Wayne not true.. we had first hand knowledge from several guys recently in Vegas .. its very lucrative for them on PH.. read about how they do make the money and they even offered "us" to do videos and still photographs.

<p>SLS does not have any videos and I simply don't believe that in 2022 there is any great demand to pay for still images. Once again, no motive. And if you do not have any knowledge of it, you are just speculating. </p>

Wayne just an FYI as you know..swingers well over 30 years and very select in who we allow to see our xxx photos ..

Those with no photos usually single guys who want your photos open are usually CL holdovers, voyeurs and yes we do know this from swinging and meeting people every month and have been told many are now on SLS.. also we have come across guys who take your photos and videos and sell them to amateur porn sites without your knowledge.

Lately we have been receiving requests generated automatically(?) from the app for us to open our pictures. These from people outside of our geographic area and mostly our desired age grouping. The first time I delete the message figuring that someone fumble fingered the wrong tab on their cell phone.
If they show up again I block them.
There is something about the app that is making broadcasting such things way too easy.

Got to say the pictures collectors are alive and well on this site, as they are on many sites.

When I was a naive new member, I fell victim to this several times where people asked for me to open my private pictures, and poof.... they never reciprocated and were gone..... Now I know better and am guarded with who I share my personal pictures with.

I don't actually believe in pic collectors either, but can easily understand having such a persistent fantasy of swinging that you go to the trouble of creating and paying for a membership on a swinger site and contacting others asking for photos that will allow you to add verisimilitude to your fantasy. Pretty sure that describes a not insignificant number of folks with SLS memberships.

<p>My estimated guess is that 98% of the people accused of being picture collectors are not picture collectors. At any rate, there is no way to prove it beyond enough doubt for the site to take action.</p>

<p>I just don't see a motive for someone to go to the effort of paying to be a member here and creating a profile and sending a message that appear to be from a real swinger just to get you to unlock pictures, when they have no idea what those pictures will look like. </p>

<p>I could spend the rest of my life copying free pictures off the internet from other sources and never run out of pictures, if I wanted to collect pictures.</p>

They exist . . .

You never know what their motive is though. While you think they may be pic collectors, they may have looked at the photos and then didn't want to say, "Not interested."
