I really don't have anything helpful I just wanted to say that I'm going to take take "don't ask how" as a cryptic way of saying "if you hate your neighbor, do this to their outdoor jacuzzi".

This would in a shower setting vs hot tub / bath so you’re not in the water, but the soap can irritate you.

What shampoo/body wash/bubble bath do you use that gives lots of suds that don’t melt away quick.
Oh and BTW, NEVER ever put bubble bath in a hotel jacuzzi…..don’t ask how we know!?
