Check out Literotica. They have an active group of audio-focused writers (composers? artists?) You can count on 20+ new audio stories being posted each week, along with hundreds from other genres.

“The Unicorn Report” podcast as of recent she has been reading a SLS erotica story at the end of every episode. She also has some earlier episodes where she ends them with about 10 minutes or so of recordings of some her playtime.

Plus there are some podcasts where they concentrate on telling of their escapades.
