@east - May be worth trying to befriend a couple to attend parties with. Too many single guys simply do not get that many (if not most) SFs want a friend first, and then perhaps a sex partner. They think that because they would be turned on by a pussy pic, that a dick pic will have the same effect on you. If there were a single thing that could really improve their chances, learning this would be that thing.

I am a single female with lifetime membership that has not met or been to a party in 3 or 4 years now. Some reasons single women are no longer on the site or go to parties. The parties they enjoyed going to are no longer their (closed), parties changed to the point the female is no longer comfortable at the party. Male half or a couple wants to step out side of marriage without wife knowing about the meet. Single male are not single sometimes can be hard to tell. Males asking if you need a Sugardaddy, or after meet and taking it to a hotel room the male ask what is the cost. And my favorite send me a picture of your pussy, Or no face pictures and if you ask for a picture it is of there dick. If a woman is planning on meeting you she want to see a picture of your face unless you are going to walk into a public place with your dick in hand.
I would offer the belief that a pretty fair number of the "single women" that disappeared had a penis and an account that their wife or mom knew nothing about. We haven't been contacted by one for a while but before the change there were several every week.

I have not noticed it as on SLS but I have noticed it on AFF. Sadly cannot tell who are legit and who are pro's. I know that site has a lot more fakes but you could sniff them out pretty quick, now its a guessing game.

Frankly, there are way too many bars, clubs, churches, grocery stores, libraries, etc... for any reasonabley attractive woman to ever need any internet site (paid or free) to find someone to fuck.
We have not noticed a mass exodus of SFs in our area, but then we're one of the few couples not really looking for them so it's possible we just didn't notice. It wasn't like there were a lot of them to begin with.
I suspect there may have also been a mass exodus of SMs too, but there are so many of them it's also possible we wouldn't notice. If you have something free that's providing very limited success at best, then start charging for it, it only makes sense that people of both sexes would leave.

Thank for responding to the post scamp and you are correct that our experience has been different. The majority of women that I have met on this site have been from free profiles. I live near 2 major cities Baltimore and Washington DC and have noticed and definite decline since the new policy.
No, we have not seen an exodus of free single female profiles, but we never paid any attention to free members before so our perspective may be different from yours. In our experience, free single females profiles were rarely legit to begin with. Most were pic collectors or couples using an SF profile to lure an actual SF to play with her and her man. We still see a decent number of paid SF profiles and consider them more legit since they are willing to show some commitment to invest in finding quality playmates. Free members of any gender rarely were worth contacting.
Granted, our post is a generalization but your premise is also painted with a broad brush.

The perfect example of the power of government is the sites that would sell meds without the need of a prescription. With Obamacare the government shut down everyone site they could find. The government would post in the forums asking for where they could buy Viagra without a prescription just so they could shut down that site.

That is an interesting point, however, l question the validity of that claim. I have talked to others who cite the same the same thing, however, have never themselves experienced first hand being solicited. I myself have met easily over a hundred women of this site and have NEVER been solicited, and that is a more than adequate sample to pull a statistic.
Perhaps that is another question for a thread who has ever been solicited by a prostitute while using this site. That is not to say that it has never happened or was not happening but definitely not at a rate to cause concern or make that decision. My main contention with that is the assumption that everyone soliciting was a free member. Looking at it logically if a prostitute was running a successful sex operation thru this site it would behoove them to have a paid account in order to communicate with potential clients as 5 messages a day would be inefficient.
I tend to believe the move was less politically motivated and more profit driven. I read the entire new legislation and there is nothing in it to cause sls or amy other lifestyle site concern.

Many of the single women where asking for money. Since the websites are now legally responsible for the illegal activities that take place on their sites free for women is asking for trouble.

Has anyone else noticed that the number of single women using this site has dramatically dropped since the brilliant powers that be decided to restrict free profiles from messaging.
