My usual soft length is about 3". In a nudist situation, I usually dangle at about 5". When I'm hard enough to use it for fucking, my dick is about 6.5" and it grows to 8" long by 6" around at full excitement, Thanks to ED, it's been a while since I've been at full mast, but I remember the "good old days".
I start with a soft 2.5 inches and grow to a nice firm 7 inches.

I like men. I like them a lot. But I don't have the bandwidth to pass on to them comforting lies like size doesn't matter. It does. It's just not the only thing that matters, although if sex is the only thing I'm interested in, I don't really care that you haven't read a book since 2019. Conversely, if you're the most interesting person I've ever met, having a 3" long dick isn't a deal killer, but penetrative sex is probably not where I want to go with you. And...if it wasn't for penises, I'd mostly have sex with women, because I'm more widely attracted to them than to men.
I've occasionally been disappointed in the "scenery" at nude resorts, but the men where I go keep their boners under control. The few that get hard are the ones I see in private anyway, and they haven't grown to disappoint me!

As a woman, I have to admit that I'm disappointed when I start to play with a guy and he's 1-2 inches. I know, I'm shallow. Size shouldn't matter. But when it comes to sex, the size of a dick does matter. That won't stop me from playing with the guy. Have heard this subject referred to as “ a grower vs a shower”. Some guys are small when flaccid but, grow significantly when erect. Others are the reverse. Guess I would be more a grower than shower. About 3-4” to around 7” puts me in the 50% group. Have gone to clothing optional beaches and been semi-erect for most of the day. Just depends on a variety of factors.
I’m definitely equipped with a grower too. I’d say my size probably more than doubles from one to the other. Which could be a potential turn off in that setting I suppose, but personally I’m not likely gonna have out in the air before I’m ready to use it.

A slight one in that I would be reassured that 6-7" was the floor, although I'd worry that the ceiling was too high. Kind of an odd topic, but I'm sure we've all seen a guy in porn or at a party that appears as though they are as long or longer soft as you are hard. I suspect that people like that have a low "soft-to-hard ratio".
It's not like I'm looking for exact figures, but wondering what the norm or average really is. For example, that guy that is 7" soft may only gain an inch or so when he gets hard. For me, it's easily a 50% or more difference. I have had a couple women tell me I'm on the verge of being too big, but it's like embarrassingly small when I'm soft, or worse yet, soft AND cold.
Probably the worst case of this I ever saw was at a party we went to. A guy that played with the Mrs literally had an innie. When hard, he only got to about 3", so his soft to hard ratio was like just over 100%. Pretty extreme, but guessing the norm is probably more like somewhere between 50-60%.
