I didn't have prostrate surgery, but I had a severe case of ed, I could find nothing that worked, Then I got an inflatable implant, wish I had done that long before, now I pump it up and it stays hard all night if we so desire, the misses really loves it. I would recommend it to anyone.
Been their done that 3/3/18. its tuff to talk about. Trimix works . self taught. utube vides. Its picking the right time ( timming) is everything. Leaking is the issue even thought I do pelvic floor exercises. will check in on this site periodically.

Before you commit to the surgery, talk to your Urologist about Trimix injections. I got the same bad news this past March, after my PSA had been steadily creeping up. Had a biopsy, and doc told me I had a very aggressive case of prostate cancer. I was given the options of radiation, surgery, and do nothing and wait and see. I have too much else left in life to do, so I chose surgery. Had my prostate out 4/8/20, and my PSA has been undetectable ever since. I had the robotic surgery, and they were able to spare the nerves. He told me it could take up to a year to achieve an erection, but it would probably never be like it was. I would wake up semi hard, get bigger while being aroused sexually, but not enough to do anything with. My Urologist and I discussed all that at my last PSA check, and he suggested I try using Trimix. You give yourself an injection with a tiny needle with the Trimix. I said what the hell.....I'll try it. Boy, am I glad I did!! I realize it may not work as well for other people as it did for me, but I am tickled shitless with the results. I went in, and my Urologist's PA taught me how to administer the injection. In less than 5 minutes, sitting in the cold exam room, I had my first erection since April 7th. It stayed hard long enough to drive from the Doctors office to my house 20 minutes away, and have awesome full penetration sex for the first time since 4/7/20! It got harder than Chinses arithmetic! It was so hard a cat couldn't scratch it...lol. I have to admit, when the doc told me I had to give myself a shot in the penis.....I was like "OUCH...huh uh?!" Honestly, those fears were unfounded, as it didn't hurt at all. I know I didn't give you any info at all about how to word your profile, but I wanted to share what worked for me to give you some more ammo to maybe use to feel like your on your way back to very close to normal. Good luck to you with whatever method you choose, and hang in there.
Just a thought, I have chatted with a guy that has a penal implant. He pumps it up somehow and can stay hard for hours. It might be an option for you.
