Is there a normal / average age at which men start having erection problems?

Just cuz someone is overweight doesn't mean they have or borderline diabetic.
Even fit ppl get diabetes.

ED can be from obesity or diabetes. But most causes are age, low T, prostate issues or cancer, vessel scarring or damage, terrible circulation, high or low blood pressure, lack of exercise, medications and stress.

I recall being in parties with lots of ppl playing in the same room caused a distraction for me.

Dont listen to the BS about height and weight. Yes if your obese you will possible have health issues that can cause ED but going by someones height to weight is dumb. I’m 5’8” and when i was in the best shape of my life 25 yrs ago i weighed 225. ED can be as much a mental issue as a health issue.

As others have said there could be a number of factors causing you some issues. T level is a big one but at your height you really shouldn't be much over 200lbs. Your a heart attack waiting to happen. I bet your even a diabetic or boarded line one. Lots of diets and cheap gym memberships out there. Get healthy and you will see a big change. Good luck!

Welcome.. No it can start at any age.. this has been discussed at length on the forums.. some great info look for it.

In the meantime.. have YOUR DR check your testosterone levels via a blood test and discuss with you all the alternatives available including weekly shots which I have been on for years.. makes a huge difference.. also watch your diet, exercise, drink lots of water and get nitrous oxide from such things as beets, beet powder, etc in your system.. it does take work to keep it going but for "us" we will never give up and it does work!,

Rule out any other tumors, blood flow issues, cancers, etc in all body organs including testicles.. if your Dr is not educated on all get a new DR..
