Simple as a search. The ones I just saw said "You press the deflate button on the pump". One even touted it was a one touch operation implying hit the button and done.

I wasn't asking about the pills. I was asking how you release the pressure for an implant. Many times I've heard about the pump being in the scrotum to pump it up, but never heard how one releases the pressure when they're done.

YMMV but I have never noticed an issue where it wont go down. Keeping in mind that these affect everyone differently I am not sure there is a one size fits all answer to that question. But speaking for myself I never had an issue where it would never go down on its own - everything is still working as usual in that if there is sexy fun time going on we are at attention, then after the big OOHH its pretty much bussiness as usual. I will say that it does make repeat performances a lot easier :)

Those of you that have found reliable suppliers, would you be willing to share? My journey with this stuff has been frustrating.

I had some issues with ED and talked to my Dr. who gave me a scrip for Seldonafil (Viagra). There were only like 6 pills total. It was ok - I could get a raging erection for about two hours then it was gone. Actually seemed to be even harder to get erect (heh) once it wore off. So sort of wierd for me but I know it affects everyone differently. I didnt know any better and went to get a refil and instead of the $20 copay Insurance wanted like $400 or something ridiculous. So I looked into other options and found what appeared to be a reputable source for Cialis. As has been mentioned here it is more of a long term effect at least for me, its not uncommon for a 20mg pill to last about a week. And none of the wierd side effects from Viagra. Its a wonder drug.

Thing is, I have noticed a pattern with these offshore companies:

• they NEVER provide tracking info. And it can take a long time, over a month in some cases assuming it even shows up at all.
• For some reason, my first order is fine. It shows up. Then when I try to order again, I never get it. This has happened at no less than 3 different places. GRRR!

That last one is driving me crazy, its almost like a planned scam; the first order goes off without a hitch, then when I order a second time it dissapaears into a black hole. And good luck trying to contact these wombats, its diabolically efficient. Any number provided will just ring and ring and eventually disconnect. Emails dont get answered. On 3 different store sites (!) I tried their "Contact us" form and every single one of them would time out with some SSL error. Every other part of the sites work fine, but try to ask a question about your order that never showed up...I';m sure thats a coincidence face palm

So all that being said - where on earth can I find a reliable source for Cialis? I am willing (and able!) to pay but I just need to find a place that will take my money and give me the damn thing I just paid for :)

P.P.S is this stuff legal over the counter now or not? I cant seem to find a straight answer anywhere, for every source that says "Yes it is " there is one that says "No its not" so who knows?

Hi there, i was just reading your post on Tadalafil and the VA just prescribed me some to take for a month. I was supposed to take a half a pill 60 minutes before intercourse. Unfortunately, i took a whole one and nothing happened. Except! I started getting nauseous, coughing, acid reflux, vomiting and loss of appetite.
I have diabetes and even with my ex wife i had trouble rising. I was even prescribed viagra, and it didn't work either. After my divorce, i met a beautiful woman that even though the first couple of times we were together, it didn't happen. But when she moved in, it was 2-3 times a day. I felt like i was cured. Unfortunately, she never trusted me and she left in 2013. I've been having my ED ever since. The VA said that they will eventually prescribe a shot, fingers crossed. Ill let you know if it works out if you like.

@EnjoyingLife62. No, you don't get hard after taking Viagra. It's just that with stimulation, you'll find it easier and quicker to get an erection. It's kind of like being 19 again, only just in your penis. Doesn't work for everyone. But, for most, you'll just get firmer and quicker erections. Once you cum, it will lessen, and you may be able to go another round, or not, depending on the situation. They say, "If you have an erection for over 4 hours, call your doctor." But, hell. If I had an erection for over 4 hours, I'd alert the media!!!

Taking Viagra just makes it easier to get and stay hard. A lot of guys lose it when putting a condom on and it works well to help prevent that. You usually go soft in between rounds but it is easier to get it back up.

The earlier question was about "stamina". I took that more to mean the act of just being physical for so long. I once had a guy come up to me after watching me in a long session in an open room at a party and ask what I was taking to allow me to fuck like that. @WildCouple - there are a variety of desensitizing creams/oils/lotions you can apply to your cock to help you last longer. Many people don't like these as they, well, DESENSITIZE! And what's the fun in that. But they can work. Another drawback is that they can transfer to others you touch with your cock and desensitize them. This could include numbing someones mouth. If you use them, make sure they are oral safe in case someone gets it in their mouth.

Another option is an ED med, like Cialis at a lower dose (e.g. 5mg). You can get it online without a doc appt. Even if you don't last as long the first go round, you should have quick recovery time and the second and subsequent rounds should allow you to last much longer. ED meds are commonly prescribed to older guys looking to up their game even if they can still get an initial erection. Good luck!

Unfortunately they don't really have a pill for that ;-) I will say that playing is more motivation for doing cardio than anything else I can think of.

I've assessed ED epidemiology and treatments for years as part of my work. Lots of guys (~30%) don't respond to Levitra, Viagra and/or Cialis. But some non-responders to one of them respond to another. So, try anther if one didn't work for you. Generic viagra is cheaper per dose, but only works for one night. Cialis costs more, but can last 2-3 days. Cialis daily is expensive over time, but provides constant effectiveness so long as you respond to it. Pick whichever matches your sex frequency assuming you respond to all of them.

I do not recommend buying cheap versions online unless you are certain it is equivalent to the original. There are lots of scammers selling crap passing it off as "viagra" or "cialis." Some of them don't even contain the original active ingredient, others contain a proper PDE5-inhibitor, but not a therapeutically effective amount of it in the formulation. Sites like Roman sell the real thing and it can all be done online and with one phone call with a doc.

But as others have said, getting an erection, or not, can be dependent on many factors beyond being on a med or not. Sexual confidence, comfort level with the person you're with, how much the other person turns you on, being in poor physical condition, etc, etc. Many of the non-responders have ED for these reasons and even the meds might not work.

Everyone is different. Any form of 420 has the opposite effect on me. It's great if it works for people and I certainly don't mind being around it in any form, but even if it's just me and the Mrs it breaks me, so it's effect is definitely not universal.

I use 2 of the 20 mg tablets of Sildenafil. Works great for me but it does give me a stuffy headed feeling the next day. However it is good for 12 hours. I take it before meeting up and will be ready for whenever the fun starts. Pay $5 at Costco for 30 tablets. Thought that was a good deal until I saw some of these posts.

Check with you ins. Co. On what they cover. I had a script for 10 20mg of generic cialis for 30 days. Cvs cost was around $500. I didn't fill it. Checked with ins. If they had a script for 12 20mg pills it was a $20 co pay..You need to have the right script for ins to cover it. I ended up getting 36 20mg for 90 day script for $20 co pay.. got a pill cutter and quarter them. Now i have 5mg daily for over 90 days, and a bigger dose if needed for special events. Check with your insurance before you get a script.

Found a source in India that's $0.88/pill.
