Seriously, good advice below about watching until your comfortable. Also read threads here. Once you slice through stuff, there’s great, first-hand info here....and search on-line for newbie advice. Lastly, you can always look for a couple who participates here and reach out via email to ask questions you’d rather not ask in the public forums.

try going to a club. you can just watch, or play with each other, or another person/couple if you want.

We just watched a video that a blurb on it about something called "swing school." We tried searching for anything by that name and came up empty handed. The description in the video says it is a place for newbies to learn about swinging and ease the way into the lifestyle. Might be a good idea for the Mrs here.
