Thanks everyone. It’s fixed now. Guess it’s a regular thing

Its easier to just send a message to Support (upper right corner of your profile page - drop-down menu under your profile name) than chat.
I had same issue and the fixed quickly

yep mine went away too.. now it only took me 3 clicks just now to have an IM open as all others showed "recipient name".. when clicked on

Messages for me were fixed yesterday.

Same here with one message.. nothing showing up .. Also it took me last couple days a couple clicks to actually read what messages we have as it showed up blank.

Yes messages are screwed up AGAIN. You are not the only one. Just look at the posts in the Website forum.

I’m showing I have 8 new messages but I don’t. It’s been like that for a day. Any clue what’s happening
