Improve your profile; get pics. There’s really no excuse for not having any.
Attend meet&greets, either virtually or, when safe, in person.
your best bet to meet people would be to go to a club or meet & greet. you can meet more people that way, and even if you don't play with anyone you can still play with each other.
First off.. get some photos up of both of you.. no selfies. Make your profile more positive about things you enjoy, like to do.. and have fun with.. get out to some clubs, events and start communicating with all to learn what you like and dont like.

My husband and I opened up our marriage, have been talking to a poly councilor for a bit, and we are just about ready to start swinging (seeing as covid is starting to calm down).
