How do you find out about a 'Hotel Takeover' Near You?!
We have only been to one hotel takeover, but it was a bunch of fun.
If anything, it reminded me of a big tailgate party, but with naked people. All the veteran party-goers had drinks and food set up outside their hotel rooms. As people wandered by, it was pretty easy to strike up conversations when jellyshots were involved.
For newbies, I’ve always bought that it’s best to wade in, rather than diving in head first. Take it easy, maybe start with just flirting with others, and then moving on to soft swap. Make sure you stop frequently and have those conversations between yourselves to make sure you are both comfortable with everything that’s happening.
What are your thoughts on newbies going to hotel takeovers? We have never had a LS experience but have been intrigued for a couple years. Haven’t had our first experience yet either. Advice on do’s and don’ts at the takeover?
