I think its against the TOS of the site, but if not, you'll probably want to post your personal contact information in your profile... That was they can reach out to you.

If you really missed those interesting, but financially-challenged individuals, you could always sponsor their membership. You know, like a Swinger Green Card...

You can send them, but they can’t read them.

Wow, how would I contact a free member to tell them I am interested in them?
Can they or can they not read my email and if they can, can they email me back?
If they can open my email, but cannot respond, should I send them a private email address to contact me?

We bumped down to free for a few months and just re-upped today. While free. we could see that we had emails, but couldn't even preview them, let alone respond to them.

Over in the Website thread we are discussing this. We received, replied and were sent a follow up message by a "Free Member" over the weekend. They also opened a private pic file for us.

As far as I know, free members can neither read or respond to your emails.

I've seen some things that suggest free members can no longer send emails or do much of anything. Is this true? We just want to know as that seriously changes correspondence with them. Can they still view emails? We don't email many people due to many people being too rude to email back but if free members CAN'T respond, obviously there would be no point in mailing them.

Anybody care to give the low down of what they can and can't do?
