Table Top RPGs???

I’m in a weekly Pathfinder RPG game that we play online using Foundry VTT.

Somewhat of an RPG; although, not in the sense of D&D, but running your dynasty from your children to extended family and managing your landed vassals makes Fief: France 1429 great. Although with my time and setting up a game and finding people to play it, I might as well just play Crusader Kings for similar results of gameplay. That can be for many tabletop games, really.

My wife and I both play TTRPGs. We mostly play D&D 5e, but we've also had fun with the Star Wars narrative system and FATE. We played online (Roll 20) during the height of COVID. Now we're back to playing in person with our core group. We spend so much time in front of the computer for work that spending another 5 hours on a Saturday just wasn't appetizing. For us, the experience is having the social interaction with our friends at the table, It's too hard to riff on each other and crack wise on ZOOM.

For us, J(m) plays TTRPGs a lot, mostly D&D but others too, T(f) has played, but not as into it…however a SLS game night…we would join the party!

LOL. We were bearly getting into TTRPGs [vanilla] but then COVID started and shut down meet up. Hopefully things will start up after the virus starts to settle down. Do you play online or just in person?

Nothing like reviving an old post!! :D (I never post on the forums, but a D&D post?!? Hell yes!)

We both play both TT and PC/Console RPGs. I'm the geek at heart, she's the amazing woman who decided to try out a D&D game with us.

She made a Wood Elf Druid. Within a single day she was seducing women in the game, describing her actions in details. Hearing her describing how her character dropped her robe, slipped into a public bath with two nude twin elf girls, then "slid [her] hands up their thighs", asking if there's anything she could do to encourage them to ignore a teensy bit of massive carnage we'd just committed, was great. But seeing the reaction of the other guys at the table? That was the best part. :)

p.s. - She failed her initial Persuasion check with the twins, but the DM allowed a later successful Performance check, with a healthy bonus as a result of her description. Best house rule of the night.

Anyone play TTRPGs? Yes, like Dungeons and Dragons and Call of Cthulhu. We are starting to get into it but with COVID, the local game group died out. We were wondering in anyone else on SLS plays.
