Get a weighted vest. Wear it as you work out. There are many types of extreme work outs, but you want to be able to get in the morning. Try working your body in this order. Weighted carries (farmer’s walks, waiter’s carries, overhead carries, weighted drags, wheel barrel carries), legs (squats, lunges, weighted jumps), hinges (squats, anything you pick up from the ground), pulls (db or bb rows, kettlebell rows, weighted chain pulls, pull ups, chin ups), pushes (bench press, push ups, db presses, overhead presses). These are just examples of what exercises you can do, plus walk or run. I think that would cover it.
