Try thr Korral... they have a nice. Bdsm room.. plus we,ve seen good bdsm play there w the door open to invite others.
I can't think of any public facing clubs around here. There are a number of private dungeons and play spaces, such as the York Play Group, but those require vetting and such.

We second BPH ... but I know theres a kink venue around Harrisburg somewhere but I forget the name ... Overeducated, maybe you all know the name since its not that far from your place.
Kink/BDSM covers a large waterfront of debauchery. So, it really depends on what you are looking to get into.
If you are just trying to get the toes wet, it is a bit out of the way, but the Baltimore Playhouse is great. The space is enormous, they have awesome equipment, and lots of great themed parties and workshops. First Impact would be a good starter event to go to (whenever they start offering it again).
As for us, we have been in the kink scene for about 3 years, and are primarily into impact and struggle play. We've messed about with rope a little, and can do some basic harnesses and ties, but it is not our thing. Formalized dom/sub, master/slave stuff has just always seemed too larpy and incongruent with our own interpersonal dynamic.
Still searching for a place to take wife for experienced BDSM play. Perhaps a dungeon or someone with exp and devices
