Well my comments usually tend to make no sense, so I guess my last comment is just following along ;P
Are any men interested
An homage to pickling? Don't we already have a "what are you drinking" thread?
I are confused.
I love the fact that this thread became an homage to pickeling.
Thank You Rabbit!
Pretty sure there's a peck of tickled pecker jokes in there. Somewhere.
I don't really like pickled anything except pickles.
But I do like having my pickle tickled.
I don't know if I have a favorite, but I am partial to pickled peppers- pepperoncini, cherry and banana.
My favorite dill pickles are the ones a buddy's wife makes- from cucumbers. I also like a sweet/hot cucumber pickle made by a local manufacturer, Gedney, that are on the sandwich I had for lunch.
Other than watermelon pickles, I don't believe I've ever had a pickled fruit. I'm going to have to look into that..
I like pickled vegetables, but fruit seems a little weird to think about. I’m going to have to see if I can find some around here.
No, they don’t retain their sweetness. They are rather hard to describe. All I know is they were delish.

Picklesd Peaches?
I have never had them. Wouldn’t know around here where to even get them.
I can’t imagine they retain their sweetness.
Sandwiches are beautiful, sandwiches are fine.
I like sandwiches, I eat them all the time;
I eat them for my supper and I eat them for my lunch;
If I had a hundred sandwiches, I'd eat them all at once.

"Some women only use them in..."
Well, the refrigerator isn't where I'm going to look if that's the sort of relief I want. But that's just me.
I have a childhood memory of pickled peaches. I wonder if I'd like them now, since I've loved every pickled fruit I've tried.
Fokers- we can discuss my eternal love for pickles all you want.
Why would you think I would think your reference to sandwiches would make me mad? I eat sandwiches all the time. They don’t need to contain animal flesh or secretions to be a sandwich...I think they just need the ingredients to be between two pieces of bread.
Good- I completely agree that not all pickles are made from cucumbers. My latest favorite I made are green tomato pickles. They are AWESOME! Funnily enough, I don’t like raw tomatoes either.
I just bought some hard peaches to pickle. I had them at a local cafe a while ago and they were too yummy.

I had no clue what it was and just googled it.
It took me a while because I thought Israeli salad was code for something else.
And I was waiting for that comment LOL
"I buy cucumbers fairly often, but since I only use them in Israeli salad..."
Some women only use them in pink tacos.... but that's none of my business.
Honestly pickles on sandwiches just add another layer of texture and taste that make them edible.
Rabbit: not trying to get you mad with that comment. I know you’re a vegan.
Now yer talkin'- this man is interested in pickles, and not all pickles are made from cucumbers.
Just ask Peter Piper.
Can we discuss your like of pickles but not cucumbers?
For the most part, people are missing the point of what I posted and focusing on debating semantics.
Can we all agree it is ok to have preferences but it is not ok to body shame or disparage someone who doesn’t fall into your particular parameters?
That is the one and only point I came here to make but I see there are always those who want to deflect or stir up an entirely different argument.

I buy cucumbers fairly often, but since I only use them in Israeli salad, which sort of pickles them, or in soup once it's finished cooking, I should probably just come to terms with not actually liking them.
I think when you write it as thin/fit, because it's a common fallacy that you have to be thin to be fit and vice versa, people are going to assume you share that fallacy. I do have a dog in this hunt, because I had a couple of years where I kept losing weight and all the while people, including the doctors I went to, kept complimenting my body and dismissing my concerns or suggesting I work on my stress. By the time I finally found someone who listened and did an actual exam, I was either shopping in the children's department or having size 0s tailored. And people were still telling me how great I looked. And, hey, for someone who had been carrying around an ovarian tumor for at least two years, I looked fucking amazing.
I prefer curvier women. It's not that I don't think women of all body types can't be attractive, because they certainly can, I'm just more likely to be attracted to bigger and curvier. But just like I don't think thin and fit are the same thing, I don't think bigger means, as the OP said, you can do things that smaller women can't.
Maybe we can just stop stereotyping in general and like what we like without feeling like that gives us permission to make comments on what we don't like as much?
Glad to hear you like pickles, it’s kind of big dill with me.....
We must have joined at the tail end of all that fun stuff.
I miss all the flirty banter....
lol! I knew that would come up.
Pickles I love. I would never call cucumbers names because they aren't pickles though. Lol.
Oh, and if you think the forums are argumentative now you must not have been around 3+ years ago.
There were alot more active posters then thus alot more flirting and fighting. And bannings because of the nastiness.
The forums seriously dropped off when they stopped allowing people to pick which picture to put on their post. Now it’s always the default pic.
Used to be threads for “body part of the day” and other fun, pic related stuff. When the powers that be stopped allowing us to pick our post pictures a lot of flirty fun was lost
~rabbit~
Rabbit, how do you feel about pickles though???
It’s sad if people are allowing society to influence their preferences.
I’ve had sex with all body types in my 20+ years of fucking and I know what I prefer.
It’s not unlike liking/disliking certain foods. I hate cucumbers. Society tells me I should love cucumbers because they are in almost every damn salad I order. I want to like them, I try them often hoping I’ll start liking them but I just don’t. I can’t help it.
