No more hinting about it now . Last night watched Ghost recorded earlier in the week. They came right out a with a yard sale and two upside down pineapple lamps conversation inquiry , Then they came right out with showing a pre swingers party setting up at the house
I prematurely dismissed it because the idea of the show really didn't interest me. I actually tuned in to one of the early episodes, lasted about10 minutes, and lost interest. Maybe it was because the laugh track was constantly going of about things I didn't find particularly funny.
It's a great show with just enough adult humor to get the party started. I guess we'll need to have a Ghost Lifestyle Party soon. Especially since each of the ghost craves to finally be "sucked off"! Watch the show and you will catch the meaning. Upside down pineapples and knowingly smiles to everyone this weekend!

On the aforementioned CBS TV show Ghost in the first episode where Mr and Mrs Farnsby are introduced, there is a large picture of an upside down pineapple in the background.
I assumed at the time that some set designer was in the lifestyle and had a sense of humor.
Several episodes later we find out that the picture was no joke or random coincidence.
There seems to be an uptick in references to the lifestyle on TV, everything from jokes in commercials to characters talking about throuples.
Was at Costco the other day...Bought 2 pineapples and placed them both upside down in my cart....I was met with many smiles, especially from ladies as I moved around the store. One hottie with her husband got close enough to rub against my ass as I scanned the paper products aisle....

Halloween is just around the corner, what a great excuse for a pineapple party. One of many symbols for a fun party. With all. the crap going on, a fun party with friends should be a requirement for sanity. So, stay sane, have a pineapple party. With joy, fun, sanity, and a swinging good time for all.

So there is a nudist resort down the road from me and on their facebook page the people who go there have pictures of upside down pineapple on their profile and LS behind their profile names. I know a half a dozen are swingers also. So Myths or not some people/ groups are using signs and symbols to identify as swingers. A Pineapple symbol seen at a nudist resort dance party, strip club, meet and greet, dance club crowded with couples may have some meaning as an invitation to strike up a conversation, but out in normal social settings usually means nothing. The pineapple, can be the ice breaker between unacquainted "friends". Just saw a fresh shipment in the store. A little green, but will "ripped with time".
I think the upside down pineapple may be more myth than reality. It may actually exist somewhere but I think word of mouth or getting better connected to that lifestyle most likely works much better.
We have yet to see an "attractive" holder of an upside down Pineapple, but we have read discussions on it for years.
The only purpose I see in the pineapple is as an attention getter.

The 2 things that we see a lot is Pineapples and black rings. Over 90% of those displaying either of those that we know, ARE indeed part of the pineapple brigade.
We spend our summers at a nude campground. It is pretty obvious. No pineapple, not in the LS.
WOW I like how I was attacked there. All I was saying is if it's what people are wanting then do something about it if not don't. But it comes up a lot so is it something people are interested in?
