we always post a hot date while on vacation. BUT there are so many people out there that are not on SLS that want to play. If I get a vibe from a stranger that attracts us, I start a conversation. Sometime we get lucky, sometimes we don't. We are never going to see these people again, so if you are wrong who cares. Be respectful when you speak to strangers and drop hints. Most intelligent adults will figure it out, whether they are swingers or not.

We have been on SLS for a long time and can’t tell you how frustrating, disappointing, and infuriating it is to have people reach out who have few or no pics on profiles!!!!!!
We are on vacation now and we always post hotdate for MF fun for Hotwife. So many replies without pics or pics that don’t give her any real indication of who is asking for her time. We gave up long ago on the endless back n forth messages asking for pics and the endless replies “can text you some or send to other site”. POST PICS ON YOU PROFILE if you have any real interest in meeting QUALITY people. We are a Hotwife couple who look for and encourage single males but she doesn’t blind date!

To repeat- complete your profile with some pics in your default gallery. Many couples just skip profiles without pics.
Take a look into the area you are traveling to and first look for clubs or parties happening in that area. The club guarantees you will meet real people. With hotdates the responses are mostly going to be no-shows. Generally about one out of 5 who say they will show come.
Sites and services are regional in the U.S. and abroad. SLS is pretty decent overall, but check which service swingers use the most in that area.
We would typically post a hotdate stating who we were looking for and then say we are going to X club. Then we would love to meet for dinner before or just meet at the club.
As the others have already said, using hot dates for the area helps. Another option would be to change your location to the area being visited ahead of time to allow people on that area to check out your profile...but without pictures, not sure how well that will work.

Threesfun - I just noticed that your profile has no photos. You don't have to put them in a public gallery but you should have a few in a personal or private gallery that you can open when you contact someone.

When I travel, I will do a member search in the area I am going to, and contact people well in advance. Sometimes post a hot date too. You can also find a listing of clubs in the area by using the Clubs button right below the Forums button.
If you meet up with someone and all goes well, you are ahead of the game the next time you go to the same place.
We had success contacting potential swingers well before we'd arrive in their area when we traveled the US in our RV. Then I continued to exchange messages with those that expressed interest and updated them as our schedule evolved. When we waited until the last minute we were often gone before receiving a reply.
Hot Dates might also work for your situation.
How do other couple or singles find someone when traveling to another area than where they live. Where looking to play with another select couple or singles. Where also curious how to find the right one that would be down for our fantasies.
