Had one done 6 years ago in St Petersburg and it failed about 2 years ago and had it redone by a different doctor. So far I am happy with it. I was told it was bad line that failed the first time. I do think I have lost some feeling and it is hard for me to cum but that may have a lot do with my age. Any questions feel free to contact me.
Same as Bomb … below. Happy with results but did loose about 1/4-1/2” in length. I’m in Poinciana area, not that far. If you go this route make sure you get a surgeon that has done many of them. Any questions, just ask.

I had a penile implant done in 2016. Spinal Fusion’s caused nerve damage over time. Mine is a pump type with tubes that inflate from reservoir implanted in the abdomen and a squeeze ball implanted in the scrotum. Mine has worked continuously over the years and I’ve had no problems. They say the life of this type of implant is about 10 years. My partners enjoy the fact that it is ready whenever she wants it and it remains a wrecked until I deflate it.
