Nudist camping?

I was originally planning on going to Solaire but Sun Ridge was a little closer to me so I decided to try it first. I'll try Solair next time. You are 100% correct that they are adult only and there was no place to buy anything to eat or drink yesterday. I read that on their website and knew it wouldn't be a problem since I was only there for a few hours so I brought a couple of bottles of water and that was enough.

One difference between the two is that Solair is family-friendly, so you'll see families with kids, family activities, etc. Sun Ridge is adults-only. Solair also has a cafe with real food on weekends, Sun Ridge you need to bring it all in yourself.

I tried Sun Ridge yesterday for the first time and it was a nice place. The people wete friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to see a few pineapple flags out in the open. I'll go back again but I also want to try Solair now.

Which do you like better Soltair or Sunridge?

Hi all, I'm a member at Solair, if anyone has any questions please hmu. Solair has lots of tent sites, RV hookups and some basic cabins for rent but no back-country camping or anything remote.

BGeneF, there are 2 that I know of and they are pretty close to each other. Solair and Sunridge. You can go to their websites for their details.

Are there clothing optional (or should I say clothing optional? LOL) resorts in CT? Like a club you can join...

Just re-read our post. To rephrase, in the past, we have rented one of their 3 on property mobile homes for a long weekend.

We love Sun Ridge but are only day trippers. We have reserved one of their 3 mobile homes for the weekend. The vibe is awesome.

I haven't tried either of them yet but I have heard good things about them both. I've been naked all over Vermont but only at home here in Connecticut.

Hello fellow campers. Has anyone spent time at Sunridge nudist resort campground in Sterling CT? We would love to hear opinions and experiences good and bad. It’s camping season!
