We are having our house warming party. This Saturday we can't wait to have you come see the new house. We would love for you to join our group for an upcoming party. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, relaxed, and non-judgmental environment for meeting like-minded people and creating new friendships. Our space offers a safe, clean, and positive atmosphere that includes games, themed events, food, and music. To ensure your comfort, we provide condoms, wipes, towels, lube, clean sheets, and sanitized toys. Our facilities include: - Voyeur Room: A bed for group fun with seating for spectators. - Equipment: A stripper pole, St. Andrew’s Cross, fuck bench, and a fuck machine (available upon request). We are also currently expanding our BDSM toy collection. - Sleeping & Play Areas: A private room with a king-size bed (fits 15–20), a semi-private room with a queen-size bed (fits 10–15), an additional king-size bed in our private bedroom, and a separate room for intimate play. - Outdoor Space: A sitting area for smoking, a fire pit, and a six-person hot tub.
